Cauliflower is one of the several vegetables, which are from the species of Brassica oleracea, belongs to the family of Brassicaceae. It is the white portion of head which could be only used for eating. The head of cauliflower is composed with white inflorescence meristem. Its head resembles those in broccoli but differs in flower buds. There are four major groups of cauliflower available in countries like Italian, Asian, Northern European annuals and northwest European biennial.
